Leosphere is specialized in LIDAR(laser-radar) atmospheric observations. The company offers turnkey and user-friendly remote-sensing instruments.

    In the frame of Air Quality field campaigns, or within monitoring fixed stations, LIDAR systems bring key data on vertical and horizontal spatial distribution of pollutants (3 meter resolution). They allow, for instance, to indentify the origin and nature of pollution sources (industrual vs natural vs trafic). Wind LIDARs are used to evaluate the wind potential of a natural site (on-shore or off-shore) by providing wind profiles up to several hundreds meters.
